Cumple con lo básico. Baños y duchas incómodas. Lindo y pintoresco patio. Pésima aislación, se escucha todo lo que pasa fuera.

El Román me atendió Super mal. Porque no quiso ayudarme a averiguar porque fue declinada mi tarjeta, aún teniendo conocimiento de que es mi única opción de pago.

Es lindo y cómodo. Tiene una arquitectura antigua, materiales naturales y lindos colores. Ademas el personal es muy amable.

Manager STEALING money!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!
Our friends went for our wedding in May and was supposed to stay 4 nights, but changed plans. They asked in the reception, if they could cancel the last 2 nights and were told that it was not a problem. The hostel would refund them the approx. 80.000 CLP to their given account. Nothing had happened after 2 weeks, so my wife and I went by. We talked to a spanish guy in the reception, who told us, that the manager would have to refund the money. We sent (many!) emails to the manager, all without an answer. No matter when we call the hostel "the manager is not there" or "he will be there in an hour" but never arrives and neither replies any of our emails and phone calls. It has now been 1 1/2 month and still they have not replied us and neither transferred back the money. Today someone finally picked up the so called phone for the manager. As soon as I said my name, the person hung up!
It is very clear that the manager has chosen to keep the money for himself and does not intend to return the money to our friends, as promised! My wife and I both travels a lot and have visited many countries and this is by far the worst behaviour we have ever experienced from a hostel! If you ever consider to stay here - STAY AWAY!
Btw, the beds were not very clean I was told.
I will call all booking services connected to this horrible hostel and let them know about this situation.
And to the manager : How do you sleep at night? Stealing money from students who are depended on the few amount of money they got? You are a horrible person.response / report this review -

El hotel está lindo, el desayuno no es muy variado pero alcanza. Las habitaciones son cómodas y luminosas. Algunas tienen baño compartido con otras habitaciones o podes pedir el baño en suit. La limpieza es diaria y esta muy bien. Los recepcionistas super amigables y atentos hablan varios idiomas. Comparando precio-calidad es excelente

La reserva que realicé en Booking para 14 personas no fue hecha. El personal no se hizo cargo de nada. Una porqueria.
