I hated it. They literally don't know what customer care is. There is no value for money and the rooms are small. Nothing memorable besides the breakfast which by this point of my stay, exceeded my expectations.
I am sad that this branch spoils the IBIS name cause after this, I can never stay at these hotels again no matter what country.
It was a bad beginning to my trip. I stayed that one night.response / report this review -

This hotel is suitable for seminaries, conferences. If you're alone very good for taking a rest. You eat original and tasty African or European meals.

Not recommended for long stay. Old infrastructure, very limited room service. Wifi available but it's not up to the mark. Break fast is good. Communication problem as most of them don't understand English. Even cable channels are available in French.

Famien and the team at Ibis Plateau Abidjan again provided excellent customer service for my second stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for meetings in the Plateau, the rooms are clean, the A/C is strong, good water pressure, great dining, and thorough security. Highly recommended.

Everything about this place is bad.. Front desk people are rude, the carpet in the room I got was very sticy. I don't recommend this place for anyone.

A lovely place to rest up during your journey!!! They have exceptional service. Lovely ambience. Totally one of the best hotels in Abidjan. & the food was also nice.

This is a good hotel but should be better for the brand Ibis. Food is great, rooms are basic but cleana little dated. Middle of town is a bonus for business travelers.

No water in the rooms on arrival. No small bathroom compliments like hand lotion etc. Difficulties checking in, probably language barrier.

Good breakfast, fridge and electricity adaptor is chargeable. No room service, order your food and pick it yourself. Quality of breakfast is good. Too noisy at night and hope u can understand what I am saying

Minimalist European style hotel which has perfected the basic services and no more. Even the toileteries come as an all in one solution for your hands,face and hair, in a large reusable dispenser mounted to the wall. The rooms are relatively small but very functional. Both the corridors and the rooms could use some ventilation and a breath of fresh air.

I enjoyed the security, quietness and the serenity at this hotel. It was a little priced than I would expect but I believe security and comfort come first.
