Helpful staff, but it's a bit too Spartan for circa $150 a night. You don't even get a complimentary bottle of water in your room!
I think you should be able to find better hotels at this price range in Abidjan.

the room is ok. it's small but guess most people can make do with it. the breakfast items stay the same throughout your stay, not even a minor change. I still think overall the breakfast is ok but my last breakfast wasn't. Breakfast should be ready at 6am, but wasn't till 645am despite a few reminders from me. I almost ate a big fly and showed it to the kitchen staff and reception, a weak sorry is what I get.

I changed my room many times becoz of insects inside the room. Rooms are tiny. But swimming pool is clean and not bad. Rooms are cleaned daily. Restaurant is not rich but OK. Location is good.

Excellent for staying in Abidjan, however very limited or can say no option for vegetarian food, addition of vegetarian food in menu will be very helpful, proximity to airport is an added advantage, Staff is courteous, rooms are well maintained, neat and clean, but entertainment is limited to wifi as only French channels available in the Television sets at roomsaddition of gym shall be a desirable change

Room quality is fine, but the staff are not helpful. They did not help arrange a taxi from the airport. They said it's not their job, though it is done by all other hotels I've ever asked in my life. (Note: they offer infrequent shuttles).
As a result of this, I was ripped off by a taxi driver. It later turned out I was charged triple, which could have been avoided if the hotel had been a little bit more helpful and offered an advice at the very least.
Breakfast is not bad.

Cosy bed, nice ambience and friendly staffs. However more needs to be done in the room. Limited Complimentary services, mini bar needed in the rooms.

I dont want to give this hotel more than 3 stars as they do not meet the basic requirement.
1. Its costly
2. Small rooms(good for very short stay)
3. No room service
4. Laundry gets delayed everytime
5. Basic things not provided(water, toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving kit, comb, sleepers, face towel etc.)

No one pays attention to guest. Scrambled eggs and crepes finished at 7am and was told more will be brought and never happened! no one clears the tables after people eat breakfast so i have to sit with someone's dirty tray for my entire breakfast while your staff run around doing nothing..all tables full of dirty trays and no one is clearing them!!!! how is that?? someone had the nerves to walk by all the dirty trays and come ask me for my room number during breakfast??? no one cares about the experience. This hotel is horrible!! Stay here at your own risk! and take your own towels please! the towels here used to be white but now brownish! horrible.never again!
