Good location about 5 minutes away from the business center / shopping area. Staff is helpful, responsive and courteous. Room is a big on the smallish side, but it was booked by my company so I can't really tell if that's the hotel's typical/average room. No ironing table and iron in the room was a bit of a disappointment. Also the hair dryer was dead so had to request a replacement. Stay (2 nights) came with complimentary sauna/hammam/gym, as well as free public transportation which is certainly a nice touch. Restaurant was good.

Great hotel perfectly located.
Apart from a really good breakfast, I appreciated the details like USB socket as well as a UK socket as standard in the room. They'll keep your details, so next time you arrive, check-in is speedy. Over all great.response / report this review -

Great location in busy Geneva. Close to the old town. Nice rooms, eclectic room arrangement. Service is important to the staff.

Went for the brunch. Very good choice of everything you would want to eat. Super salmon, choices of cheeses, dried meat, different fruit juices, etc. Then the à la carte menu is delicious too. The portions used to be bigger before. The price was high before but no it is a bit too expensive in my opinion. But would recommend for a big occasion!

Staff are so friendly! It's locations is definitely a huge plus. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, a short walk away from Confederation Street where all the main shopping strip is. Bus lines and tram lines just merely 5 mins walk. If you decide not the have the breakfast at the hotel, it's like CF 30 per head! Just walk over to Migros or Coop which are the two supermarkets that has everything you need. Just 100 meters from the hotel. Hotel gym is great with sauna and it's open 24/7!

I remember this place we had a Tiffany and Barbara on shoot in one of the hotel's apartments, average costs 90EUR it depends which photography you like, this hotel is so beautiful.

During our stay, we learned that this hotel consists of two parts, one is renovated and the other part not. We booked a room, based on the photos we saw (the renovated part). Our room however was in the old part of the hotel, and was in no way similar to the photos we saw. Way overpriced, even with the already high price-level of Geneva in mind.
Location is good, staff was ok. So, make sure you're in the new part.response / report this review -

Room does not correspond with pictures on booking website; interior is outdated, the room is small, bad wifi signal and breakfast dishes from guests having had their breakfast in their room are in the hallway until late in the evening. No value for money.
