The experience was not great. Accidentally booked a studio (my mistake) but the lift was not big enough for strollers and the service was awful.

Location is a few blocks too far away from the water to get the sense you're in with everyone else. Rooms are simple, kitchenette has only a microwave for cooking, a mini fridge and sink, which means no decent cooking. Major annoyance and possible safety issue is that access to the rooms is not from the lobby, but instead around the corner of building from the lobby, close to the end of the block. This area has tons of people loitering all day, so coming in and out of that entrance is alone or in the evening is probably not a good ideastaff were pleasent and helpful, but by no means usefull for tourism related questions.

Although managed by Novotel they dont belong to them. Small rooms and even smaller lift. Odd smell in the room which we stayed. I will look for some other place when i visit geneve again !!!

The location was close to town, A kitchenette attached. easy to access from airport and central station. close to everything, Staff friendly and helpfull
room was quite basic (no waterboiler nor hairdryer in room) relatively to the value of money, Soooooooo Noisy (room doors, lift door all were so noisy, poor entrance: lack of security. Building worn out (front doors, paint, elevator & stairs) ). the Area was good BUT the street itsself wasnot good and right in the middle of the red light district of Geneva which is not everyone's cup of coffee thing (some people maynot feel comfortable, but its safe).

Room was basic but adequate. 20 metres from red light area but close enough to train station and the stunning lake.

The lift floor causes a lot of noise, like an explosion each time someone enters. So you might interrupt someones rest, or someone might interrupt yours.
Never stay in apartments ending in numbers 3 or 4, they have no curtain in kitchen corner. So in addition of having no privacy you will get up like a roster with the first sun rays. Ideal if you sleep early or if you ere a voyer.
You get either a stove or microwave no standard.
Room was not clean: spider, smashed insects in the wall terrible experience.
Street full of drug dealers, prostitutes and sex clubs by night.
It is a shame for Novotel manage a place with these characteristics.response / report this review -

To noise the elevator make a lot noise and it is just next to the bed I can't sleep in the night or in the day very cool there no a real kitchen no to much space too expensive for the quality
