The hotel is in a superb location. Its right next to the old city, you can walk everywhere. The rooms were very dated. They must have been very nice about 20 years ago. The furniture was in-between old and antique, and pretty worn looking. The bed was an awful lumpy mess, the pillows were terrible. Interestingly, the bathrooms were great, they were modern, and done very nicely.
Also, pay attention to their 48 hour cancellation policy. its not the standard 24 that most hotels have.response / report this review -

Nice hotel staff are perfect but some rooms are rather small and Geneva is horribly expensive but that is not the fault of the hotel breakfast is good and the restaurant is also good
