My husband and I just stayed at The Omnia Hotel for the third time! When we discovered this exceptional hotel in 2016, we were greeted with an extremely friendly staff who ensures that your stay at their hotel is memorable and above all, comfortable. This beautifully designed hotel in the Swiss mountains greets their guests as if they are welcoming you into their home. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed with clean lines and no clutter, their spa and pool area is very relaxing that one could spend a full afternoon there recovering after an invigorating hike or skiing and their restaurant has the absolute best cuisine and service we have ever had. We will undoubtedly return to this gem in Zermatt!

My favorite hotel (I have been going since 2007). A consistantly outstanding team, comfortable rooms with all the finishings (including a change of mattress if need be), a restaurant that fits very well with the hotel. Great hiking around Zermatt and a hot tub and spa to enjoy after. I love everything about this place.

Outstanding property, service was exceptional, from the moment you arrive, you are greeted by name and offered a welcome drink out on the deck facing the Matterhorn. The rooms are well appointed and large. Would not hesitate to stay here again, nor would I hesitate to recommend this hotel.

A dinner worthy of value. Built inside an excavated rock up a high level carried up a ligt), with views of tbe city of Zermat at the balcony) Good service and wine selection, good food, three items served, including petit four etc.
I recommend this high-end restaurant. Reasonably priced for what you are expected.

Great place. I went here for lunch with a small group and the waiters were great, and the food was amazing. Sat outside and they made it very comfortable, despite it having rained only a few hours earlier. Beautiful designs top off the experience. Make sure. You bring your big-boy credit cards though, as it is pricey, but worth it.

The rooms and the common areas, especially the pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms, are fantastic but it's the service level of the staff that really sets this hotel apart.
