3 star hotel with the comfort of a 4 star. Newly renovated, extremely comfortable and exquisite breakfast. Service at breakfast was very attentive and warm.

Cute little hotel. Rooms recently renovated and very nice. Great view of the Matterhorn from the front side. Breakfast is delicious.

Stopped here in the middle of a long European vacation, and this was exactly the place to be perfectly relaxed. The hotel is in great condition, with a beautiful lobby with fire place and breakfast area. The breakfast was great and is included. All employees were very helpful and friendly. The room itself is great, with a wonderful bed and furnishings. The view from room 504 was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back.

Wow just wow. This place is amazing, just look at those rooms, the view, the friendly staff, spa and sauna. Everything is renovated from just 2weeks back and that show how nice everything is. In the lobby there is a cosy fireplace.
The rooms are very clean and you have coffee and high-quality tea.
They have a good blaupunkt tv and a multimedia system so you can connect with bluetooth, hdmi, usb and such with phone, computer and such.
And if you get tired of the over 100channels you can always go the reception and borrow one of many many movies to the blueray-player.
In the bathroom you have bathrobes, slippers, towel and of course some beaty products.
The breakfirst is fresh with fruits, different kinds of yoghurt, a variety of cheese and meats, bread and such (look at pictures)
Tl;dr this is an awesome hotel.

View from 404 is great. Breakfast is seriously the best. Only downside is the shower; it's a really odd setup where half of the tub opening has fixed glass and the shower head is mounted on the wall opposite, so water splashes out easily. Additionally, it's mounted low so it's like a yoga class to get clean if you are over 5' 4".

My sister, father and I stayed at Bellerive for only 1 night (unfortunately), and I must say it was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are clean and tidy, the food is great and the atmosphere is extremely comfortable.
But, what makes this hotel stand out, is the outstanding people who run it. I felt as if I was joining a new family, and I have never felt so comfortable in a hotel in my life. The people who work there are the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met, and the service is top class. We only observed around 4 to 5 staff members who run everything with much more efficiency and care than the hundreds who run huge 5 star hotels.
Furthermore, the hotel is located in the center of the town, in a buzzing and alive atmosphere with lights, shops, restaurants and bars.
Honestly, we are definitely coming back, and if you're in Zermatt, this is the place to be.

This place is great for the price!
I like staying in super nice hotels but I like to travel a lot so I can't always justify paying large amounts of money for a hotel room. I'm always looking for location and a comfortable, clean room.
This place was perfect! Great location, very clean, good lighting in the bathroom (important for the ladies), comfortable beds and pillows.
There is only one employee that works at the desk, so sometimes you have to wait for them to finish a phone call or come back from helping someone (but the rooms were nice and that is more important to me.) And the employee working at the desk was always courteous and helpful.
