Hotel is located in centre of city where all attractions are near by and it is just minutes away from train station bus station and all shopping street.
Food was good and all staffs were friendly. They give complementary beer and staffs are very friendly. I would stay next time at this hotel again.response / report this review -

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel in the month of August 2017. The entire staff at the hotel are kind and caring. Thanks to all. Our special and sincere thanks to the young lady Ms.Aveelya at the front desk who made us feel comfortable as we felt strange about the place. The room has a balcony with a very good view front. Good to sit with a cup in this balcony. The room and the toilet were clean and hygeine. It iis a safe place to stay. The hotel is very close to the train station and centre to all tourism places.

Location and views are to die for! Zermatt is a beautiful little town and The Hotel Butterfly is in a great little spot! It is just off the hustle and bustle of the Main Street. Very walkable from the train station, but a shuttle is available from the hotel if needed. The room (408) was good size with spectacular views. Breakfast was included, but eggs and bacon were sometimes cold. Wifi is also included, but often had to leave the room to the hallway or lobby for it to work. I would recommend this hotel because it gives you great access while not being in the middle of the hustle and bustle!

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Well furnished with plenty of room and outlets to spare. Absolutely the best staff! When they overheard us mention we'd be leaving early in the morning,. They made us breakfast to go and brought it to our room. Fantastic!

Hot water supply for bath may not be very stable, but everything is fine and enough.

I highly recommend this hotel for great accommodations, accessible price, and superb service.
I came on a spontaneous trip to Zermatt with my sister, and we were in need of a hotel late at night. We looked online and found positive reviews for Best Western Butterfly, so we decided to go check it out among the several hotels we browsed. We were incredibly satisfied with our stay, the hotel staff were exceptionally professional, kind and helpful, and the price was fantastic for peak travel season in the area. Our room was lovely, and when we had to check out early and miss breakfast, the staff packed us "to go" breakfasts for our drive out.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was located in the city center of Zermatt, just a two minute walk from the train station. Rooms were large and spacious, and most importantly clean. Would definitely stay here again.
