The only bad thing about the hotel is the key(s) you need two keys to get into a room, however everything else is spectacular! I would definitely return if the chance ever arrives.

Fairly small rooms with dated decor and somewhat mediocre food. Would not consider this a 5 star property at all.

Clean and confortable bed. Nice interior decoration and outside view. Convenient location. Staffs are nice and ready to help. This is one of the very few places that we don't feel like we disturb them when asking for services. We will come back again.

Always helpful, always friendly, always professional. Pricey yes, but absolutely worth it. Won't find a better one in Grindelwald!

We went here to use the spa, which was great but lacking a hot tub. Overall hotel seemed lovely, nice atmosphere, but very pricey.
