Cleanliness of the room can be improved.
Feels like bliss when you look out from the window, early in the morning. One can see the range of mountains.
Breakfast was okay-ish but the staff was courteous enough to help us pack some stuff - we were running late for a train.
Okay for a night's stay
Bahnhofstrasse - the downtown street, is just a stone's throw away

Amazing Hotel. The apartment (where I stayed) is very cosy and is very well designed. The building is probably over 100 years old but the rooms have been redone. I loved my stay there, and will probably go there again. The apartment has a hot tub, a really nice upstairs, and had this amazing wood theme.

The hotel has potential to do really great. The look inside the hotel is quaint. However, it was staff behavior that let us down. The location of the hotel is few hundred meters away from train station, which feels ok from Interlaken west station. There was a smell of empty house in the hotel. Some revamp work on carpets, alleys might do the trick.

A old school place!!! The keys were really antique, and if you lost it they would charge you 100 euros, dats insane. Rooms were comparitively small. Overall the hotel was good

Great hotel with good value for the price, friendly staff, good food, recently modernized interiors, very well positioned for access and public transport, and with breath-taking panoramas on the surrounding mountains, especially the Jungfraujoch! Overall 100% good experience! Will definitely book again!
