Excellent location. Typical Swiss breakfast. Appartments detached from main house across a minor street. Quiet, clean and somewhat worn but comfortable. Highly recommended

Stayed in the apartments. Good bathroom, but the loft is not too comfortable. Great breakfast and location.

I just went in for a dinner. Who knew I would have the best tagliatelle in the middle of Switzerland. Prawns were properly seasoned and cooked to the right texture (not cold in the middle or overcooked). Tip my hat to the chef.

The waitress was very friendly and cheerly. I came in late but she accommodated me nonetheless. She also got me a few pointers on places to visit in Grindelwald (and she is a no-nonsense, straight shooter at that, which helped a lot).

The only regret I had was that I didn't realize that their meals come in a hearty portion and I got so full to order any dessert. Judging by the way pasta was prepared, I bet they have good stuff on a dessert menu as well. I should probably go for a half-size entrée to make room for a dessert if I get a chance to visit again.

Overall, a very good restaurant.

Wonderful staff, last minute booking. Gave us an apartment with a great view. Clean and great breakfast. Had a lift which was greatly appreciated because my husband is on crutches. Cannot wait to return to Grindelwald.

I was there during October 2015. Easily one of the best places I've stayed on vacation. Staff were so nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The scenery was gorgeous.

Excellent location. Apartment with a gallery was good enough for a family of four. The breakfast was nice and the half board dinner offered at CHF 30 is a bargain for four courses. Worth trying.
