Service is great. Always friendly and fun. Food is ok. Not great not terrible. Obviously overpriced for what it is, but thats Switzerland in general so no need to complain about that. The cocktail (Margarita) was good and “well priced”. Took one star off only because the food really is just ok, everything else is really good.

Terrible food and rude service, very expensive. It used to be good, but not anymore, I am very disappointed and I strongly advise to not go.

Even for a restaurant of this type i.e. fast food/Americana food the quality of the food is horrible. It is equivalent to Mc Donalds.

At the most lively location in Basel. Prices OK, considering the location and swiss standards. The good is fine if you like American style. Cocktails are nice too and the ambience is usually lively with young office people.

Papa Joe's. Located in the center of Basel. It has good food, not the best, and is very expensive. This place is ideal for a Birthday dinner. Drinks and food both are rather expensive.

Big servings, good food. Need to book a reservation as it is quite popular on evenings and Thursday to Saturday. The design is US focused and the food is mostly US style. Also popular is the bar with a heated outdoor area.
