Quite a distance from city centre but free travel with a card from the hotel meant this was no problem. Clean rooms. Single blanket on bed was too heavy. Room safe and kettle in room is good. Did not have breakfast as it was expensive at 25ch.

Supervisor was very friendly when I checked out and apologised for her staff being unfriendly when I asked for a late check out the previous day. Allowed me to stay in my room for the afternoon. Thank you.

Extremely poor customer service. I am a regular client and asked for a four hour late check out (on a Sunday afternoon) but was impersonally informed it is out of the question. For business travelers I will not recommend this hotel.

Relatively good business hotel conveniently situated close to the Messe. Rooms are small, beds are short and the street is noisy.

Google says it's a 3 stars hotel, but Expedia says it's a 4 stars. Well, it is officially a four stars but I would give it 3.5 stars. Location is okay but, unless you are in Basel for a fair, it's a bit far from the historic center. Rooms are nice but no fridge and a bit noisy if you get a room on the street side (you could hear the cats very well from the fourth floor). Breakfast is a bit expensive. Restaurant too. Parking is nice and highly recommended as it is a nightmare to park in Basel. Staff is helpful and polite.

Clean and pleasant no frills hotel in a good spot for the Musical Theater tram stop. Very good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Price on the high side

Good place to stay outside of the main city and close to tram line which goes directly into the city. Excellent for families and good value for money. Rooms are a good size and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to a train station as well.
