Not that bad if you are in love with hamburgers, and if you are willing to pay 25 chf for that. Not big portions, but the music is nice. Designed for big groups, not for couples

The burgers are ok, but something is odd about them.

Buns are always toasted too much, the meat isn't seasoned. They look better then they taste. Fries undercooked several times now.

We had to wait almost two hours for our food with a reservation. After asking about the wait we were then offered a free first round of drinks but the second round was not free (after clarifying) even though the second round we only took since we had to wait another hour for our food! The party sitting next to us also had been waiting two hours for their food!!! Terrible customer service and experience. Shame because the food is great.

I was in Basel for 5 days and I ate at Union for 3. They have amazing Bergers. I had a bacon and cheese and Ceaser Berger. Both are really good. And so are their fries. Crisp, fresh and very well seasoned. And the place has a really cool vibe. And the rates are in tune with rest of the city. Around 50 CHF for one person..
