I stayed recently at the Pullman in Basel for a business trip. I was severely delayed and when I arrived the night staff made sure I had something to eat and was looked after. The room was superb and very comfortable. I can definitely recommend this hotel. A real find!

Comfortable, well run. Good location in residential area with good food shopping nearby, but easy tram or walk to city center.

The hotel has an average location. The rooms have a bed smell. We did not enjoy our sleep, the pillows and bed were not comfortable enough. The service in the hotel was good. Not to best location or the best hotel to stay in in Basel.

rooms are impecable. staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. prices are reasonable. location is great and close to many areas of interest. the tram stops right outside the hotel (Clarestrasse). My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay again!

Absolutely loved this hotel. We were in a room in the secondary building but everything was new so not a problem at all. Checkin process takes a while but they looked after our bags, while we explored the city with our free travel passes. This was a very nice addition by the hotel. Staff were excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay here.

I come here regularly for business and spent over 20 nights in this hotel so far. The service has always been exceptional, the staff extremely helpful for all sorts of requests, the facilities (including restaurants) are excellent and the rooms very modern. Unfortunately, almost all the rooms are cold because of excessive air conditioning and it is impossible to adjust the temperature due to faulty control panels, thus requiring me to ask for a separate heater for every stay.

Nice beds, great location but the hotel is unapologetically under construction and some of the staff could use a few lessons in being courteous, especially the guy working the early morning of January 25th. People don't like being accused of theft, especially first thing in the morning.

This is actually a 4.5 star hotel when it comes to quality of the rooms and facilities. I really like Pullman hotels, always would recommend them.
