Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas renovatinsbedürftig. Hallenbad und Spa-Anlage sind toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Essen ist reichhaltig und vorzüglich.

Atmosfera eleganza e ottima cucina. L'albergo e' cosi bello che non hai bisogno di andare in giro. Wellness nuovissimo super attrezzato. Posizione ottima.

Beschallungsterror
Vom Frühstück bis in die Nacht hinein wird man Radio Swiss Jazz ausgesetzt. Das ist primitiv und niveaulos!
Auch im Wellnessbereich setzt sich die aufdringliche Beschallung fort.

Wir sind absolut begeistert vom Parkhotel Delta! Angefangen vom Empfang, dem sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Service, dem Frühstück und dem Essen im Restaurant, alles hat gestimmt. Im Wellness bereich hatten wir etwas zu kritisieren, vorab die esoterische, zu laute Musik, besser wäre der Swiss Jazz, der im Restaurant und in der Lounge zu hören ist!(zwar auch eher zu laut)Wir hatten das günstigste Zimmer, fühlten uns aber sehr wohl! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The hotel and amenities were great. Restaurant and food was great. Staff were great. But for so much money I would expect my air conditioning to work and for the quality of the beds to be better. The room was very hot, I asked for the air conditioning to be fixed, but no change. I had back pain the entire time from the bed.
