I needed a van to move a piece of furniture. Everything went well, they were on time, uncomplicated and very friendly.

From contacting us to the end of our move, everything went smoothly. The whole team is very helpful, was in a great mood and very friendly, hard-working like bees anyway.
Also the cleaning team did a perfect job.

Our move took place at the end of February! We had to find a new moving company a week before the moving date due to bad experience. Thank goodness we found this very competent master moving company! From the first contact (Ms. Selten), to the advice (Mr. Adam) on the viewing day, to the general correspondence on the days before the move, to the delivery of the boxes, the day of the move itself, the transport of all our things to the piano and the transparent ones Prices with no hidden costs!! Everything TOP, TOP, TOP! The employees were all very friendly and competent! Our positive experience was rounded off with the cleaning by Mery's team including acceptance guarantee. The apartment was cleaned sparkling clean and it should be noted that the lady who carried out the inspection was so strict and looked at every joint, crack, drain, shaft and I don't know what it was just TOP from the appendix to the end! Thank you again for this smooth move!!!

The company is not recommended. Moved our furniture into storage as our new apartment wasn't ready yet. Now that we have fetched our furniture from the warehouse, we have found that the employees of the master movers have worked very carelessly. Several pieces of furniture and a TV were damaged. Although it only took 3 hours the foreman asked for 4 hours to be billed as this was the minimum and stated on the website. When we viewed the apartment, we were assured, when we asked several times, that the actual effort would be charged (O-Ton: if 2 hours are needed, you pay for 2 hours) and nothing was mentioned about a minimum.

We have commissioned Meister relocation GmbH with both relocation and apartment cleaning, and have had a very good experience. The staff was always helpful, the moving team was very friendly, and the cleaning and handing over of the apartment worked perfectly. Can only recommend the company.
