After careful consideration and examination of other suppliers, we ordered an S-Design SKL-140 slat roof from Thermogreen.
The advice from Mr. Joshua Tiso was very good and the planning by Mr. Simuliunas was extremely professional.
During assembly, the slatted roof then fitted very precisely into our façade, which was renovated at the same time!
When the guide rails of the side awnings we ordered were a little shorter than planned, Ms. Hannaford immediately promised us a replacement and these were also delivered and installed on time.
The only downside is that I can't integrate the control (because it's proprietary Teleco) into my home automation and the single-color LED lighting is unfortunately not dimmable, but simply has 2 brightness levels.
Hence the small point deduction. I would wish that an interface to Somfy/ioHomecontrol/HomeKit etc. would be provided here. Maybe something else will happen in the near future thanks to the modular design, such things should also be retrofittable.
Now we are looking forward to the beginning of summer and - as soon as the balcony railing is mounted - to linger in the extended living room!response / report this review -

A beautiful conservatory was created by the Thermogreen team. Our needs were taken into account during the planning work and the best possible solution was discussed. Mr. Ching's motivation and perseverance during the measurements was outstanding - you can learn a lot from that!
Unfortunately, small rework still has to be done, also due to delivery bottlenecks of this or that part.

Together with our neighbors, we decided to add a lamellar roof to our balcony (with glazing on all sides).
Originally there was talk of completion before Christmas 2020. Unfortunately, due to the longer production time, this deadline could not be met. So the date was set for mid-March. So far not so bad.
The building was then erected at the beginning of March. Unfortunately, not everything could be completed because parts were still missing. The sliding glass doors were partially stuck and two panes of glass were scratched/broken. The defects were reported in a timely manner. Unfortunately, to this day (half a year later!) not all the defects have been remedied. A fitter has been on site three times, but nothing was done. Excuses such as parts not being delivered, the windshield to be replaced would have the wrong dimensions, etc. Time and time again, people are put off and deadlines are not met or no information is given at all.
The flow of information is very one-sided for us and we always have to ask and apply pressure. It's been 4 weeks since the last appointment and we haven't had any feedback as to when the next appointment is due. It was promised that we would get appointments for an app installation on site, but this has not been done to date either.
Furthermore, we feel very badly advised. From the very beginning, we repeatedly pointed out the problem of drainage between the balcony and the building. "It's very easy, the plumber does it at the end when the extension is in place". As we had feared, it ended up being like this and we had a drainage problem. Not enough space for a drainage channel because the construction was wrongly planned! Our building was leaking for several weeks. With additional effort and of course additional costs, the problem could be eliminated to some extent. Apart from the aesthetics (several layers of silicone, unsightly drainage channel), the building is at least watertight. With better planning, the drainage could have been solved differently and better. Instead of receiving support from Thermogreen, we had to sort everything out ourselves regarding drainage. With such an expensive addition, I expect better service
The building itself has become very beautiful and was well assembled apart from a few defects. The quality and functionality of the slat roof are very high and there is nothing to complain about. We would choose a building like this again. We don't complain about that either. But what disappoints is the poor communication, organization and customer care. When the glass pane and defective parts will be replaced is still open
We still haven't heard anything since my review from over 3 weeks ago. No contact/information from Thermogreen. It may be that the delivery times are a bit longer during this time, but you can at least get in touch once we were left completely alone when planning the drainage and had to take everything into our own hands. We would have liked more support from Thermogreen. Even if it is the first time for them to realize such an extension, it is a chance for the future to find a better solution for the company. Our neighbors and we will certainly not be the only ones who add a pergola to a balcony or canopy.response / report this review -

Just called. Not friendly, not even listening to what we need, but already discussing about budget an if THEY interested in coming buy. just a loss of time - keep away. They have not idea.
