I can warmly recommend Hotra cleaning. Top price/performance. The acceptance went very quickly and without discussion. Thank you for the great final cleaning of our 4.5 room apartment!

We used the service in August 2020 when it was still Studerus Service. It was very pleasant and uncomplicated and so we had all the windows of 2 apartments cleaned at a very reasonable price and were very satisfied. Since the price was really "cheap" we gave a big tip. Now we wanted to engage the company again and asked in writing whether the price was still the same as in August 2020. The new managing director of today's Horta cleaning then reported that he was with us to clean and was very happy to do so again would do the same price. A short time later we confirmed the date and we asked for an order confirmation. Suddenly it was said that you can't do it at this price and you have to have 250% (!!!) more for it. So I ended the collaboration with immediate effect.
It's a shame, you were great at cleaning, but I can't support such business practices.
