  The store is really nice and I’m happy to stores with fair trade options. I wish the manager treated the clients with the same empathy and fairness the shop claims to be.
  The shop assistant helped me to choose some veja shoes, and unfortunately she assisted me wrong. She told me to get a smaller size than my regular size, and once I got them I left with the shoes on (as the ones I was previously wearing were broken). After walking literally 10 meters outside (and sit down on a bench), I fully realised they were not good for my feet. So I went back, to change them for the bigger size and they told since I wore them, that was not a possibility anymore, treating me without comprehension at all (the manager was unfriendly and completely apathetic).
  
  I have to say that this is not fair. They claim to have a fair trade shop and they cannot change shoes (for another size) that were worn for 1 minute. Now I will have to get rid of those shoes and buy new ones, so contribute again to consumerism, which should not be something a fair trade shop should promote Those shoes were like an investment to me since I was saving for a long time to get them, as they are quite expensive
  With all that being said, the manager showed me that unfortunately the values of the shop are pure marketing, and it’s not on their interest to treat clients with a little of compassion.
  
  I wonder how they feel about the most sustainable way of purchasing clothes: 2nd hand, if after-all they rejected so much 1-min-worn shoes still perfectly clean and new that doesn’t sound sustainable to me at all!

  Thank you for your response and comprehension. Eventually I went back to the store and I could change the shoes with no problem. The same person attended me and he was really nice this time. I will definitely go bcak to the store!

  There should be way more stores with fair fashion of good quality, such as this one. Competent staff. And fair prices.
