Had a 2 hour meeting in the Lobby of this hotel. I could barely breathe the entire time. They use an intense, cloying air fragrance that I strongly believe is harmful. I love a nice welcoming smell but the smell is so intense I got a sore throat and a cold after just two hours in the Lobby. Tone it down.

A belated 5 stars for your hotel Mandarin Oriental. I stayed a number of days at your hotel when it was called the hotel du rhone in 1955. Was on a flight crew out of Frankfurt, Germany back then. Is still the most splendid hotel in Geneva.

Never went inside the Mandarin Oriental in Geneva, just spent a couple of hours in front of it by the lakeside to watch the yearly fireworks in Geneva.

Magnificent experience at the mandarin oriental geneva. Like around the world, the staff treat each client as prince and princess. The service, the food, the flowers, the room = great. Perfection tries to get to each and every detail.
