No one was available to help us with our luggage when we arrived; Check-in agent was cold and did not greet us. He seemed more pleasant when attempting to offer us a room upgrade. Hotel seems geared to the business traveler over the leisure traveler. .Breakfast buffets were great. In the number of places we stayed

Everything was much as expected for a city centre Novotel. Room was decent size, clean and comfortable. Nice to have a separate toilet to the bathroom when staying as a family of four. Breakfast was sufficient, might be a bit limited if you plan to stay for a longer time, but perfectly adequate for two mornings. Location is good, plenty of local restaurants and only a 7 min walk from Geneva station and about 25 min to the old town etc. Worth staying again.

I stayed at this Novotel at Geneva towards the end of my leisure trip with family. Even though i stayed for a day, the family was very happy with the hotel. Checkin was quick and got room upgrades. Breakfast was very good. The location was great with good public transport access.

We had a great time in this hotel. The agents at the desk were always very friendly and helpful in restaurant recommendations/reservations. I also have to thank the hotel staff because I left my suit jacket in the hotel. The staff was very responsive over email and mailed me my jacket to the United States extremely quickly! Thank you especially to Luba, the Assistant Front Office Manager for being so incredibly helpful! The location is also very conveniently located with respect to the train station and access to the lake area.

The location is perfect right in the middle of downtown. The rooms are exceptional and in very nice. The staff is very friendly and breakfasts is awesome. The fitness center spa and relaxation corner is amazing. Great Hotel.

The thing that impressed me most when we reached the Hotel, was the friendly and smiling staff at the check in counter. We were checked in effortlessly and cheerfully. The Front desk staff was also helpful in telling us what to do as well as dispense maps etc.
The Hotel room itself was a little cramped, but the idea of having a separate WC from the shower was nice and useful. The Tea coffee station was rather small. The bed as "divine"..had a very restful sleep.response / report this review -

I had a very nice stay at Novotel geneve centre. The cleanliness is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a wide variety from fruits to pastriesetc. the staff during the breakfast were very very friendly and even missed. They were always happy to see my son despite the mess he does :) I highly recommend the hotel especially with kids. ONE single advice is to have more toys in the kids corner or even to have a small playground. That would be excellent! But after all thank you for making our stay as nice as it was!

I thought the room in the apartment annexe was very expensive for what it was it was also noisy all night there being a red-light cafe outside my window with noise till about 4am

One of the best Novotel hotels so far, if not the best. The room is spacious, very quiet. Good breakfast, reasonable restaurant. Friendly staff, always smiling.
