Excellent service.. the rooms are well designed and clean - in particular in the new part. Only downside is the number of price-tags on everything in the room. For the price of the rooms and the level of the hotel I would not expect to pay and additional 3CHF for each Nespresso

Amazing hotel. Wonderful staff, great rooms and fantastic views of the lake and harbour. The bar is a wonderful place to spend some time in the evening too.

Location is great. Rooms were smaller than expected (based on Online photos). Cleanses was ok although cleaning service isn't thorough every time unless asked to do so. Furniture is in good condition. Only went to the restaurant for breakfast and it was ok. There's a nearby grocery store and a great shawarma place across the street. I give it 7/10

Nice hotel. The staff is very professional. The brand has a good reputation but these rooms need a face lift. The carpet in the halls and the rooms has not been changed in many years.

Very nice Terrasse, great food and very good quality. I've been here several times and was never disappointed. Also Ver friendly stuff.

Great location, fantastic staff and excellent breakfast. Rooms could be a bit bigger and deserve better mattresses. The gym needs air conditioning during the summer. I would stay here again, despite these minor issues.

Perche Meuniere was ok, needs more garlic. Service was fast and friendly. No salad bar at dinner.
