A Fairy Tale Castle
Lovely Hotel overlooking Lake Geneva with the Alps as the backdrop. Beautifully simple elegant rooms and the dining room is absolutely serene. They have a wide variety of choices for breakfast and a cozy lounge for quiet conversations. There are several choices for dining within walking distance and the metro is merely minutes away if you want to explore the city further. Exceptional service from each staff member we spoke with. I loved how safe the area surrounding the hotel felt and walked several blocks admiring the Historic architecture alone. If ever I have the opportunity to be in the area again I would stay at this lovely little gem.response / report this review -

Great view from breakfast restaurant. Staff is super friendly. Castle looks awesome. Perfect location just next to lake and metro.

From the moment one walks in one is treated like royalty. The hotel itself is a beautiful landmark. The staff are super friendly - nothing is too much trouble. The situation can't be beaten - just 3 minutes walk to the Metro station, and even closer to the docks for lake cruises. The pricing, for what one gets, is very good, although one would not call it cheap. Definitely my choice next time I am in the area.

Consistently abysmal service. Far too slow, clearly understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for the wrong order to arrive and then 40 minutes for the bill when we were finished.

We love this place. We even organised our wedding there. Best terrasse in town with lake view.

The hotel location is great.
At laussane lake, 5 minutes to metro station, several near restaurants.
The room will serve business travelers perfectly but maybe a little bit small for others.
Breakfast is good, however not to many options.
