My favorite crossfit which is an amazing place where I am welcomed by a community of passionate and motivating people. The coaches are always attentive to our well-being and push us to give the best of ourselves. The atmosphere is positive and full of energy, and I feel like I have found a second family. I am so grateful to have found this amazing place that has not only improved my physical fitness, but added so much emotional and social richness to my life.

Super room recently opened with top equipment and facilities. I tested the discovery formula with Seb and I immediately liked the top state of mind and the atmosphere. The coaches are super professional, friendly and seek to understand the motivations and expectations to best meet them. Result, we feel good, between friends and the atmosphere is top because the members have the same state of mind. No race for biscotos or parades in front of mirrors, we are here to sweat, suffer and do good. In short, sport, well-being, self-transcendence and benevolence are the key words of this place. I encourage anyone who wants to get back into sport and get back into physical condition without feeling like they're in the army. Thank you Seb and the team!

Great team of coaches!!! Great atmosphere, always someone to motivate us and support us!!! Suitable for everyone, it's a real pleasure. Magnificent box in a landscape worthy of a postcard

The coach couple really super nice very attentive. Courses that allow us to go into precision to progress quickly. Really the most also is the setting in this magnificent Gruyeres with a view of the castle and the Prealps. A real pleasure !
