  Le personnel est super accueillant, dépaysement complet en plein coeur des Alpes, cuisine excellente, piscine plein air chauffée avec vue sur glacier et sauna, le confort suisse assuré dans un cadre idyllique

  I think the stay is not worth the money. The breakfast is rather standard, I would wait to have more local things from the region like in many other Swiss hotels. The spa is tiny with a lot of space lost for several wcs and changing cabins, the spa is suitable for only 2 people. The choice of dishes in the restaurant is also not very good. After a long day of hiking i would be happy to have a more simple restaurant with local food. Also the place is sort of excluded, but with a lot of traffic from KWO cars. On the whole it is not a bad place to stay but I cannot recommend it.

  Πολυ καλη εξυπηρετηση ..αψογη εξυπηρέτηση..εξαιρετικα μεγαλα δωματια ..μοναδικο σπα και εξωτερικη θερμαινομενη πισινα ..γκουρμε φαγητο !!!

  Äusserst liebenswürdiges Personal, sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer im Steinhaus (vielen Dank für das Upgrading!), wunderbare Anlage, kinderfreundlich, raffiniertes Essen und schönes Frühstücksbuffet - vielen Dank für den wohltuenden Aufenthalt! Nahe der Gelmerbahn, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, ruhige Lage.
