Nice hotel at the foot of the ski slopes. The food is exquisite and the staff very professional and friendly.

Great place to relax. Cozy environment, elegant but still laid back. Great restaurants, particularly "L'oh de vie", better than the "spettacolo".

The personal attention and level of service is top notch. There is complimentary wine tasting every night,and the half board gourmet restaurant allows for the selection of any number of dishes - up to 15!

Lovely hotel with stunning views on the mountains, clean, the hotel management left me a welcome card, which was a nice touch. My room 220 was huge and offered everything I needed, yet it just did not feel like I was staying in a 5* hotel. The room key was a huge grey stone and heavy, not a door card. Thin walls as I could hear the TV program of the guest next to me. The toilet seat wasn't fixed properly, no snacks in the minibar and as I was booked as single, the second duvet and pillow was taken away during the turn-down service. Found strange, what if I had wanted a second one to support my neck or back? I have experienced much higher quality of service in other 5* hotels I have been to in Switzerland f.e. ipad in the room, fruit basket, full minibar (soft drinks included in the rate), recommendation of the day either to eat, drink or visit, two duvets and pillows, slippers by the bed at turn-down service

Five stars for a five star hotel with class. Very friendly staff and a quality spa. Extremely well-situated.
We'll come back for sure :-)
