Very pleasant visit. Staff hospitality was phenomenal and the room clean, tidy and comfy. Awesome walks all around and the drive to the hotel was life unforgettable.

The room was wonderful and the staff was extremely pleasant. One of the best rooms I've had on an 11 day hiking tour through the entirety of Switzerland. The only negative thing I have to say is alcohol is on the expensive sidei spent around 60 Francs on alcohol there one night and got the same exact order of alcohol at the next hotel for 25. A Gin with lemonspritzer was 13 Francs and was extremely small even by mixed drink standards.

DO NOT STAY HERE! BEDBUGS! It is very dirty here. Beds were super hard, couldn't sleep all night! Then they also closed the entire spa but we still had to pay the whole price. Super rude woman at the front desk! She also forced me to pay a tip on the total!! Then when I walked away she said I was rude and shouldn't come back! Ridiculous! They didn't solve the problem with the room and the bedbugs and the flies in there!! SO DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Beautiful location. Fantastic hiking opportunities. Small rooms, petite bathrooms, but clean and well organized. Very pricey, but worth it for the location.

Ausgangszentrum für viele Wanderungen. Als kulinarisches Ziel eher nicht empfehlenswert, Menüauswahl ziemlich reduziert. Zufahrt mit 28% Steigung sehr abenteuerlich, aber kaum Ausweichmöglichkeiten bei Gegenverkehr. Fantastische Wasserfälle

Schlechter Service, das Pesonal ist unorganisiert und der Osteuropäische angestelte spricht schlecht über seine Mitarbeiter obwohl er die Fehler macht.

Die Anreise ist eine echte Wucht! Wir waren im Winter hier, wo es nochmals etwas spektakulärer ist (Schneemobil-Abholung). Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben den Hot-Pot für eine Stunde gebucht, was absolut zu empfehlen ist. Bei Rundumsicht mit Schnee und Bergen im warmen Wasser zu sitzen ist herrlich! Hier waren wir bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal!
