  Always the best service and rooms at ibis. Regular platinum customer and will remain visiting. It's a good night rest and very good room.

  Very basic. Staff are nice and there is wifi, but doesn't have most of the niceties you expect at a hotel. It's also 2 train stops and a 10min walk from Lucerne and there's only macdonalds and a steakhouse nearby.

  Located in beautiful village of kriens. Only 4 mins far from luzern main station. Nice big rooms. Only issue is if u have luggage it will be a walk of around 500 metre.

  Very helpful and supportive front desk. Little off from main touristy areas but a direct train with 5 minute ride from central station. Perfect hotel for a quick business tour.

  This is a great little hotel. Friendly staff, very affordable prices, only 2 stops from the city centre and amazing views from the rooms (refer to my pic). If I ever come back to Lucerne I will definitely be staying here.

  Excellent stop if your traveling trough Switzerland. The rooms are a good size and spot clean. Breakfast is very good, with sweet and sour. There's an underground parking under the hotel and as guest you pay a discounted fee.
