Super cute Swiss themed hotel. Breakfast was simple, don’t expect much, but views were nice. Staff were friendly. Convenient location and close to the station.

Excellent place for budget yet luxurious Accomodation in lausaane. Very close to metro and railway station (2 minutes walking distance). They serve complimentary breakfast, but no provision for lunch and dinner. But there are lot food joints around, so you actually don't feel that. Rooms are not very spacious, but clean and cozy. We stayed there for 5 days and really enjoyed our stay. Staffs are very supportive and cordial.

The single room, while small, is nicely decorated and furnished. The shower cubicle is spacious with good water pressure and no issues with the supply of hot water. The shower facilities are in fact probably my favourite part of the room. My only criticism of this hotel is that it does not have a restaurant or in room dining. The breakfast room is just that, breakfast only.

Good conveniently located hotel in Lausanne. Very close to the metro. Breakfast is average and fitness center timings are limited, otherwise a good place.

I come here when I can't get back to the Swiss German part. It's great for business travels as it's situated next to the train station. But it's missing charm. Good for a night - that's it. Staff is very nice.

Nice hotel with a good view during breakfast. The staff was helpful and professional. Great location with access to train and tram, minutes away from the water and museums.

I was there on a business trip for a week and everything went well until I asked about laundry service on Friday morning. I was told I could hand them my clothes in the afternoon after work, but to my surprise 8 hours later the service was closed until next week, so no clean clothes for me on Monday. The solution they offered? Go to a laundromat. Yes, this is a 4 star hotel in Switzerland. To add insult to injury, my room service was not done the next day (Saturday) at 2:30pm when I came to the hotel after lunch (I left around 9:30am). I was hoping to get a nap but instead I had to wait at the entrance hall while someone cleaned it. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have gotten room service that day hadn't I called reception to complain. Disappointing service from an otherwise nice Hotel, certainly not worth the money my company paid.

Interior hotel was nice, and because we visited during the summer, we were happy that the room had customizable temperature control. Also, the decor is very modern. The shower was great. Though we were oddly placed at the lower level for our three-day stay, thankfully, we did not hear our neighbors upstairs or next to us at all - good sound isolation. On one of the days, we ate breakfast upstairs, and it is worth visiting for the amazing view of the lake and surrounding Lausanne area, but the food itself was just all right.
