Convenient location in zermatt and only minutes away from the train station. Room was nicely spaced and comfortable beds. View outside the window was beautiful.

The food was excellent, prices were reasonable for the area. Staff was very helpful, though they did seem quite busy. All together would recommend again.

Decent food. Took us 10 minutes to get drinks and then 45 minutes after that to even get a menu. Pretty good food though!

After a quick mix up with my wife's order that was quickly resolved, everything was great. I had the gruyere fondue, and she the eggs and ham rosti. Service was friendly and the did was great. Prices were in line with other establishments in town.

This hotel is a well-located gem in the middle of Zermatt. The staff are very kind and helpful and the restaurants within the hotel are all very nice. The room was very nice and big (and surprisingly modern). I cannot stress enough though that, if you can, request a room that is not facing the Bahnhofstrasse (main street) as these rooms are noisy because of Zermatt having such a prominent night life. Having said that, it was relatively easy getting to sleep so don't fret if you can't. The breakfast was very nice and the spa and sauna rooms were a godsend after a tiring day on the slopes!
