  This is the best Novotel I have ever been to. Staff are always friendly, facilities are always faultlessly clean and no one ever really uses anything apart from the pool.

  Good location, close to the lake and very good breakfast. One of the best and most modern Novotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. Only reason this is a 4 is because of the somewhat creepy transparent shower. You can cover the window with the touch of a button but it's still odd

  Conveniently located near restaurants, pharmacy and Lugano lake. It is about 20 mins walk to the main shopping area where there are more bars and restaurants. It has a glass wall dividing the room and toilet/shower but there is a switch to block out the view. Service is standard, nothing special. Buffet breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato, fruit, juice, cereal, a range of pastries and bread which is substantial. Beds are comfortable, pillows are fine too. Very clean and new hotel. No view of the lake from my room. Complimentary toiletries are fair trade products which was nice.
