Excellent location, accessible with public transport and car. View is fantastic, staff is always ready to help with a smile, and accomodation solutions for every size of pocket are available. Will return for sure to this place when considering a short trip to Lugano and surrounding.

Hotel is clean n neat, staff are very helpful in all means. Lack of elevator, but the recicieptianist helped us with our luggage to the 2nd floor.

Cosy and comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed, helpfull staff, the breakfast is super, good quality of the WiFi. It was nice and pleasant stay for me.

Un posto carino, quasi centrale ma soprattutto pulito e confortevole dove soggiornare a Lugano. Degna di nota l'educazione e la cortesia dello staff che ci ha aiutato ad esempio con il parcheggio dell'auto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
