For luncheon I would highly recommend the PANORAMIC RESTAURANT TOP O'MET.

Wander straight through the lobby to the the lifts and aim for the top!

The service is excellent, the food of superb quality, and considering the location and panoramic view is great value, especially compared to other places near by. (It nothing else - go for a quick coffee, although you may then want lunch too!)

Good hotel overall and very close to the main street and the Interlaken train station. Friendly staff.
My problem with them were their rules which are told to guests at the time of check in.
1. Place the shower curtain inside the tub. If the floor gets wet then there is a 50CHF fine. For heavens sake..its a bathroom!
2. If you lose the keys, then there is a 10CHF charge. Who even does that now?

If not for these rules, it's a good place to stay!

Very friendly staff who were willing to go out of their way to help. The room was spacious and very clean. The free coffee was also very good. I would recommend this place to any weary travelers looking for a great place to stay.

The only reason to book this hotel is the perfect location facing the park (has activities) and have the easiest access to one of the best streets in interlaken that has a lot of shops and restaurants. Rooms are old and the decoration is outdated but clean. All rooms have balconies with a gorgeous view over the park and mountain views.

I dont like their wellcoming..
We book as afamilly 2 adults and 2 kids and they give us 2 rooms at different levels.we ask for aheater for coffee and they ask for deposit 40 chf.
The only advantage is the location

Loved the stay here. Friendly staff. Excellent location. All indian restaurants easily accessible. Sabarina at the reception is the best. Excellent view and at the centre of interlaken.

Good service, sweet soft spoken staff. Great buffet breakfast spread. Rooms are neat and clean, well kept. Easily accessible from train station and gives amazing views of the city from the rooms. definitely recommended for a romantic getaway!
