Traveling off-season has its perks and discovering this hotel was the best decision yet. The nightly rate was terrific for the view of Lake Geneva from our room/balcony. I didn't want to leave. I should also give kudos the male desk help (Nov. 17 early evening) who came to our car and had us follow him to the garage - and then he stayed and helped us with our bags up the steps into the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The Eurotel is ideally situated - close to the train station and right on the water. The views from the room we had were incredible.
The staff is very considerate and responsive.
Our in-room dining experience was great.
Will return next year as we have for nearly a decade!

couple of issues that you need to take care of;
1- The Front Desk Employees needs better training in communication. Their smile is not genuine, you can feel their resentment- I was not happy talking to any of the front desk young men.
2- I had a parking spot for 48 hours. I was surprised on the morning of day I am checking out, my name was already removed from the parking spot and was given to someone else. I disregarded this issue as being a hotel policy.
I had something to do nearby, so I went out in my car for one hour, and when I came back at 11:00 am, I rang the bell and gave my parking spot #, so he asked for my room #, which I gave gladly, and I was shocked with his answer that there is no spots for my room which I am paying for and is mine until I check out from the hotel.
I thought that this was totally unprofessional from the hotel part.

Rooms were clean, and the view from the room is fantastic, breakfast was OK
I hope they you can improve on these points

We planned our 3 days visit to the Geneva Lake and chose to have Montreux as our based. Eurotel was selected first based on it proximity to the train station. To our surprised the location is also close by the lake side providing lake view to all room. We were also pleased that a corner room was allocated to our stay which had almost a 180 degree lake view. Reception staffs are kind and helpful.

A dump with the best view in the whole wide world 💔. Such a shame. You think that with their prices they would afford renovation and maintenance.
The rooms are miserable 😭, house keeping is a joke and the bathroom and in room amenities were heartbreaking.
I hate it but absolutely love it at the same time. It literally has the best view in the world. Being the highest building gives it that advantage. The balcony overlooks the town, the mountains and the lake ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️(pics attached are from the balcony).
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast area was awesome and the food fresh and delicious.
I honestly don't know if I'll ever stay in this hotel again. The money I paid is literally for the view out side my window and balcony 🏞

Overall lack of attention to detail. Air conditioning in the room was ineffective. Upon arrival, the safety latch was completely ripped off of the door to our room, and we had no cold water from the tap, only hot. Those latter two problems were fixed, but the room should not have been assigned to us in that condition in the first place. The view from the balcony was very nice and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, overall this was one of the least impressive hotels we have stayed in. I would only recommend it as a last resort.

My wife and I had a significant event to celebrate and wanted to find a hotel with the best views in the world! With Eurotel we feel that we found what we were looking for. The staff were friendly, helpful and always courteous (and for the record, Roman is 'the man'). The food that we enjoyed in the restaurant was of the highest quality and the room itself was all that we hoped for. The view - worth every penny. We were pleased to be able to use the hotel parking facility which gave us access to some beautiful drives around the area. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to visit the hotel again.

I liked everything. Just one thing, there wasn't a complementary water. But we've got water from supermarket right behind the hotel, fortunately which was open even Sunday.

Boiling water in Switzerland is not recommended. So, I wish the hotel to prepare water bottles.for hotel guests.It is really a basic service I guess. That's the only thing I suggest, other than that i really like the stay in your hotel.

Pretty good hotel. Friendly staff. Had to wait a small bit before getting our room upon arriving just after 3pm check in time. Elevators are small but efficient. Room is average. Views are exemplary.
