Started well with great location and feeling downstairs in the cellar area. Note, to get a table turn up before 7pm or reserve, recommend front area facing onto the street. However, noticed a hum downstairs, ok with that but when the pasta arrived it was either too oily or lacking rich taste, Parmesan was also not offered. Deserts better. Service was good but the waiter had too many tables to service.

About restaurant; good restaurant with pleasant staff, food excellent, bring enough money if you want to enjoy nice wines. ..deserves 5!

Great service. Good food. Great atmosphere. Pricey. Across street from Lake Geneva. You can see a snippet of the lake if you have a window table.

This was a very nice hotel with a restaurant downstairs. Every hotel is unique in its own way, and the rouvenaz is no exception it exceptional rooms and a fine breakfast near the river in the town of Montreux. The one thing I would improve is that, it becomes to hot inside the rooms even when the fan is on.

We just had food, no drinks but the atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious. We had pasta dishes and they were fresh and well made.

We only stayed for a night, perhaps if we stayed longer, we may have gotten more attention. There are very limited things like drinking glasses, kitchen-type thingsso it may be that you're encouraged to eat out. I have three small children soon normally try for the opposite.
There was a shattered bottle of champagne left in the freezer, some old ice cream..and cigarette butts on the balcony.
The style was very modern and probably updated recently. I would not stay here again (esp for the price) and would not recommend to a family member or friend.response / report this review
