Nice historic hotel. We had a town view room which was perfectly adequate, but I suspect the lake view rooms are worth the little bit extra.

Pretty nice hotel, very large clean rooms facing Lake Geneva, no doorman to take bags or valet to park cars, we had to unload all our own bags and then drive down the street to a parking garage.

Lovely hotel to stay in with great views over the lake. Perfectly located if arriving by train - exit the station, walk across the road and the hotel is right there.

Comfortable and elegant hotel. It has a wonderful view of the lake from the restaurant and the rooms. The room was comfortable. The overall feel of the hotel is classy. The room needs an electrc kettle though. Also, the bathroom is a bit small. The spa, and gym facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet was good.

Me and my family stayed for three nights last month. We are impressed with the front desk staff called Mayres, as she gave me clear instructions of using the free ticket ride we got while we checked in. Which, in another word, the boy I didn't even want to mention the name who help us to check in, got our names messed up, printed wrongly on the tickets and didn't explain a thing. Luckily we ask Mayres for details otherwise we wasted a good use of transport tickets. The house keeping team is great, room is cozy, view is nice. Everything was good but the male front staff should get training again.
