  Un accueil formidable, des propriétaires adorables, serviables, efficaces, bref, absolument rien à redire.
  
  Le personnel à l'image des propriétaires, toujours souriant et au petits soins.
  
  Les repas à thèmes, la déco, les quiz du patron, l'ambiance, tout est fait pour plaire et rendre heureux.
  
  Pour les skieurs, très pratique aussi le dépôt près des remontées mécaniques.
  
  Tout est bien pensé, il ne reste plus qu'à se laisser vivre et profiter pleinement du séjour.

  Nice rooms, all of them with a view on the incredible mountain range of Saas-Fee. The food is good with a new theme every night.
  This is a hotel that makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is very welcoming. This is not a five-star hotel but it is far from a youth hostel. Casual is a word that comes to mind, the good kind of casual. You don't need a suit to go to dinner, but you don't wear flip flops either.
  Staff is extremely helpful and will pretty much do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. (Sadly, even they can't control the weather.)
  Location is excellent, within a 5 minute walk of the center of Saas-Fee and very quiet and peaceful at night.

  - familiar atmosphere, but not only for families
  - quite location, you will sleep very deep
  - cosy rooms
  - excelent dinners (4 to 5 courses, good wine)
  - breakfast with all the things you need to start a lovely day
  - entertainements at the evenings, so never boring
  - amiable and helpfull service
  - many special offers (pass for skiing, day tickets, reservations, )

  The Bumann family and the staff are very welcoming. We enjoyed every moment being at the hotel. They are very kind and very helpful. The hotel is a true 3 stars. We recommend it to anyone with a family.
