  Exceeded every expectation! Many years of owner operator continuity makes this place feel incredibly well thought-out. Every detail is pleasing. I wish we could have stayed longer and I get the feeling that we would feel more and more at home with each new day here.

  The staff is very friendly hotel is super clean. The main door opens at 7 am that's a drag. Our room had a beautiful view. Overall quite nice .

  Wonderful Hotel in the quiet backwaters of Zermatt with excellent views of Matterhorn. Lovely room with terrace and superb restaurant offerring amazing salad bar. Talented bar staff could actually make a very good martini. Close enough to town to be handy for railway and efficient pick up service, but nice and quiet at night. Great experience. Well recommended.

  This hotel is a nice hotel. It is just 10 minutes away from the train station. The room is quite and some of them can view the Matterhorn. The staff is helpful. They provide free pick-up service. We are glad to stay here.

  Very congenial service. Room made up twice a day. 5 star dinner. Fantastic spa. And close to everything you want to visit in Zermatt. And the view of the Matterhorn doesn't hurt.
