  Lovely friendly people. Booked directly with them and they gave me a lovely room overlooking the street below. Nice breakfast. Right in the centre of town, easy walk from the station (or you can get a tram)

  Great breakfast clean rooms and polite staff. The beds are pretty comfy aswell. Internet was fast aswell
  
  The restaurant attached to the hotel isn't worth going too. Burger sooooo greasy couldn't pick it up. Customer service at the restaurant was appalling, but I found that was the case everywhere in Switzerland.

  I have stayed at this hotel several times and the location is extremely convenient. The hotel is located in the heart of the walking District and the area is such a joy to explore. The hotel rooms are clean and decent sized, and the refrigerator is full of complimentary drinks. The hotel staff is typically Swiss, very matter-of-fact and not terribly friendly. The breakfast is ok comma and reasonably priced. I would probably stay there again next time I am in Basel.

  Old matress that created pain in my shoulder, internet didn't work at all and just single bed , small at the price of 200 frh
