Till now the stay at Astoria Lucerne is great. The rooms are big with an additional sitting couch, plenty of possibilities to charge devices, a bathroom with a tube and more. I have to say that the service is really good. We are staying here for a week and whenever there are questions or challenges they find a solution. The location is really central. Close to the main station and the center. The interior is really nice as well and there are three restaurants. Two Asian and an Italian. Additionally u got a rooftop bar and a Cafe. It's really a hood hotel.

The room was very cold and once we reported to the service desk they acted immediately but for a 4 star hotel this should not happen.
The room was clean but in need of some maintenance (ventilation full of dust, etc)
On the positive side the breakfast is very good abd the location couldn't be better for us.

Fabulous bedroom, great bathroom. Good underground parking. For the quality of the hotel, the breakfast was a little under par. The coffee and orange were the weaknesses.

Nice rooftop bar.. drinks are pricey, but no different from anywhere else in Switzerland. Good ambience.

Great location, good selection of in-house restaurant. Very clean and tidy. Would be 5 star if our room is a little bit bigger.

A pub on the top of the hotel which is great, but it might be noisy when you stay for the weekend.

Very professional staff. Rooms are nice and modern workout being too art deco. Easy access to public transit and the city center is in walking distance.

Breakfast was nice. But the rooms in the old wing of the hotel was not nice.
Fitness centre is hard to find and not nice.

Be sure you get your room in the new building. Old part is more like a two - three stars hotel.
In the new building there is only one elevator that serves 6 floors of rooms, you will get desperate to catch a ride.
All the room have just single beds pushed together.
Quality of the service provide at the front desk have to be improved.
