Elegant and stylish. I absolutely recommend this hotel. There is a very good restaurant and an art gallery at the enterance of the hotel. This place is at the heart of a neighborhood with many nightlife, shopping and dining options.

Cosy, nice hotel. Wifi is good. Rooms are clean and Housekeeping is good. Breakfast spread is normal but decor is awesome. Only thing it is abit noisy at night due to drinking below on the side street. Bathroom is big. Will be back again. Quite far from Zurich Main Station however a short 3mins walk from the nearest tram stop.

It's located in the heart of Old Town, so the location is quite convenient. We actually got the suite on the 4th floor which has roof-top access with an amazing view of the city. This specific suite was modern, has nice furnishings, and a small kitchen. The bathrooms are mediocre, but completely acceptable. Breakfast was also acceptable, but nothing special. The hotel's concierge leaves at 10 PM at nights. I'm not sure if this is customary for the area. Overall, perhaps my most important comment: I would stay here again.

This place is kind of in an alley, so it's hard to find. It's nothing dangerous, because there are establishments down this way as well.
I found the hotel a little odd since the actual units are across the street from reception.
You get an actual key, which is a little encumbering. At least with a card, I can tuck it into my wallet.
Extras: the room has a fridge and a samsung tablet to use for learning about the city. Be careful with the fridge, there's a note above it denoting what is free and what has a price tag.
As I spent my time here, I had a few problems. Since you get an actual key, the door doesn't automatically lock. I had a keyed room in Japan that automatically locked so I know it's possible. There are two heaters in the room. I turned both off, but every time I came back it was really warm. Pretty sure the bathroom floor is heated, but that shouldn't heat the whole room.
Never figured it out. Just kept the bathroom and bedroom windows open for the crosswind.
Overall, it's a decent hotel. It's an okay distance from most places. About a 20 minute walk from the train station.response / report this review -

We had a wondeful apartment on two floors. Very nice furniture and a small garden on the roof. The best we were in Switzerland so far.
