Centrally located in Luzern and very well connected by bus. Hotel going back in time but contemporary. Very helpful front office staff. Excellent breakfast plan and restaurant on premises, with multi national including Indian restaurants within walkable distance. Extremely comfortable rooms.

Me and my wife stayed during August 2017 at Drei Konige. It is located in a decent area and close to the Lucerne train station. The staff here are kind. This is a safe hotel to stay. The room is clean and hygeine.

This was an okay hotel in the Luzern area. The rooms smelt of odor when entered, but the restrooms were okay. The shampoo and body wash were in restaurant like packets and the front desk seating area was also good.

Great breakfast included, great room for travelers. Not a view of the water, but honestly in Lucerne you don't need it. Just around the corner from the water and good proximity to everything. Friendly staff, really comfy beds. Would definitely come back.

Minimally adequate hotel; lacks any charm or character. Location is fair but I would have preferred to be across the river. No air and very noisy with the windows open. Most members of my group tour did not sleep well. Overall, very dark and dreary. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms including linens need updating.

Centrally located. Staff are polite and helpful but some flexibility in terms of changes in rooms needs to be empowered. No Air conditioning only fans are provided. Due to weather conditions in summer rooms having direct sunlight becomes hot and uncomfortable. WiFi network was poor. Recommended for a cooler period. Very beautiful view from balcony.
