Excellent room we were staying just the one night landing from the glacier express. 15 minute walk from the train station just across the river. Very comfortable beds and a good size balcony.

Great hotel, nice rooms. Is a bit far from the station but still easy to find. Decent breakfast and clear instructions from employees.

We were 3 people sharing 1 room. Everything was tidy, nice view from the balcony (but without Matterhorn), 5 minutes walking from "downtown" Zermatt.

Clean. No fridge or in-room coffee making facilities. Opening hours in Switzerland in general leave something to be desired.

Un excellent hôtel à Zermatt. Situation et emplacement idéal. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse et parfaitement propre. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner et staff chaleureux et accueillant. À recommander sans hésitation pour un séjour à Zermatt.

As you enter the hotel, you are greeted by a nice smiling service agent. Which is totally different from the rude people of Zürich. The hotel had Wifi throughout which was a plus compared to the previous hotel we stayed at in Arosa. The rooms were clean and simple. The bathroom appreared to have been recently upgraded. But what made our stay memorable was the hotel service agent. We informed her we had paid for the breakfast but were going to leave early for the tram to the Matterhorn. She offered to have a "takeaway" meal prepared for us. Which was perfect so we can have food and snacks at the top of the tram. Her alone made our stay there memorable. We will return to the Adonis for ski season. 😎
