Great food and great hospitality! Only downside was the shower, but it was easy to look past because of all the other conveniences.

Smallish but nice. Rooms are totally okay even in the budget tier, there is a parking garage (10 chf a day), a small spa and a great restaurant.
As it is directly at the train station, you waste no time when traveling to Zermatt.response / report this review -

Awesome hotel. Extremely clean, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, well designed room for a family of 4. Modern bathroom with bathrobes for the adults. We each had our own bed! The pull out couch actually pulls out into 2 beds with thick mattresses. Great location (by restaurants, next to train station (noise was not a problem at night with windows closed), tourist info office, hiking trails, sites) 15 min train ride into Zermatt. Silvio at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. This is an example of what a hotel should be. We stayed for 2 very relaxing nights and breakfast was included. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

It is a very nice hotel with the convenience of breakfast in the morning unlike other hotels. Another reason this hotel is convenient is that, the train shuttle to the next town is close, as in you can literally see the train by your window close. The service inside the hotel is excellent, although I'm not a hotel connoisseur.

Very nice rooms for people who'd like to stay close to zermatt. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to train station to travel to zermatt. My only concern is there was no air conditioning and the night was very hot and we were not able to sleep.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Located right next to the tasch station(took only about 10 minutes to Zermatt). Receptionist was really kind. It was easy to park and they had enough space for us. Room was cleaned well. One problem was, ceiling at the bathroom was really low so I had to squat whole the time taking shower.))

Hervorragender und ausgesprochen freundlicher Service.
Ambiente und Zimmer:
Traditionell und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet.
Service: Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. So wünscht man sich das.
Speisen: Die Küche ist frisch, abwechslungsreich und auf sehr hohem Niveau. Von 7 Speisen waren 7 absolut gelungen. So ein kulinarisches Niveau erwartet man vielleicht nicht in Täsch
Preis Leistung: Gigantisch!
Vielen Dank für die Tolle Zeit. Wir kommen gerne und bald wieder!
