I had a very successful treatment and an great patient experience at Hautzentrum Zürich AG. I strongly recommend this center to any body who need competent medical assistance for skin diseases and skin treatments. I am in particular very happy with the assistance received and the competence of Doctor Kagi. All the personnel has always been very kind and flexible at dealing with me as a patient and I am grateful to them for the good work done and my successful recovery.
I've been a client at the "Hautzentrum" clinic for over 5 years and never miss my appointment - even though I live outside Zurich. The whole "Hautzentrum" team are lovely and that makes for a really enjoyable experience, all round. Can't recommend them highly enough!
We had an appointment, still we had to wait for 15 minutes. The doctor just took 3 minutes to talk to my wife. While she was still asking questions, the doctor just left the room. I was never at another doctor in Switzerland, but I believe it is not normal that the doctor does not even let you finish your questions and leaves the room.
NOT EVEN WORTH MY WORDS! UNPROFESSIONAL and JUST A RIP OFF!!!
1st. 2nd. visit.:
This guys should try to find a common platform and keep information flowing between themselves. First of all, the have you sit around for over 35 minutes waiting to be called in. Then you're called in and nobody knows what the other person already did or planed to do (a bunch of confused "PROS" @running heater-skelter). Have a briefing on the appointments you've made with patients and who they will be consulting with. You have a digitalized process (make us of it). I had this lady trying to talk me into some therapy even though she knew very well that the probability of that therapy solving my issue (ingrown hair: depending on my skin type) was minimal. That didn't make her stop. I at some point had to make her stop the "POOR SALESMAN PITCHING". There's something called privacy and information security (do not leave computers unmanned while patients wait for 15-20 minutes for tests). Mind you, i had my sleeves already rolled up and the little rectangles already drawn on my arm for the test. The lady disappeared into the blue after administering the test samples on the rectangles drawn on my arm and she appeared like ages later. To make maters worse, the only allergy i had was missed by Dr. Kaegi while consulting with me about the tests :-D.
2nd. visit. Charged for 35 minutes, while the doc consulted with me for 2-3 minutes ( i had a timer after the first experience and the bill was quite suspiciously high). Most of the time i was sitting in the a room waiting to be called in. Mr Kaegi was in such a rush that he didn't even listen carefully to what my derma-issues were. BITTE ZUHOEREN!!
Can u imagine Dr. Kaegi reading my test results, talking to me while instructing his assistants to prepare another patient & give some old lady more cremes & send her home. I though this guy will be stressed out & have a burnout within the next few months, but i guess he earns his money by "TREATING" his patients "RIGHT". By the way, he missed that i might have been allergic based on the test results. He was practically standing while reading my tests, instructing the assistants and interpreting my tests results at the same time. He did all this within a few seconds, never looked at my skin even though i informed him repeatedly about the symptoms.
I forced them into sending a new corrected bill. What a bunch! Never again!
Dr. Kaegi & Team are FRIENDLY though
The dermatologist was quite unpolite and in a rush (even though I had to wait for extra 15 min). She did not care at all if I already applied any treatment, when the problem appeared etc. Even if this would not change the following treatment, it would be at least polite not to interrupt me while I was speaking. To be fair with the rest of the stuff, however, the lady doing the treatment was polite and nice.
Very poor service. Was given (and billed) for a lot of tests unrelated to what I went for, and no treatment of the actual issue.
Doctor only returned my calls after this review was posted, and after finally seeing me again kept asking me to take this down - including sending me letters to my house claiming I agreed to and now need to remove this! I've now found other doctors
