Rather cheap place for the experience. Good city views from the rooftop. However, this place would make a good one time visit. Besides, customer service from the front desk staff was appalling on more than one occasion. They are very direct and not very friendly. The amenities otherwise are clean and well designed. Off late though, there seem to be many young (and old to very old) couple engaging in smooch sessions all over the place. So please don't be surprised if you hear occasional 'chomping' in what is supposed to be a quiet sauna or pool. One could look the other was and enjoy the city views though!

    Just amazing, period.

Loved all of it, from the concept to the convivial staff to the smart rooms and amenities. Highly recommended!

Awesome! All the areas are well styled, clean and comfortable. Baths and pools are excellent. On top of the roof there's an open pool with jacuzzi streams and a nice city view. Must visit if you're in Zurich.

An amazing wellness experience, with a fantastic view of the city. Unlike some other similar places, here you must at all times wear a swimsuit even in the hot sauna areas. Make sure to check out the schedule for special events so you don't miss out!

A nice, unique thing to do. Wish there was a hotter bath/pool. Some people might be put off by all the canoodling couples, but that should be considered part of the experience:)

The place is clean and the spa area and circuit are very good. On the top roof or in the basement, all is wonderful. The basement offers very beautiful cealing and it makes it very peaceful. I ll definitely come back in i ll go to Zürich.
I went at 9:30 am during the week and we were perhaps 5 people in all the baths. It better to go in the morning.

Wonderful place to relax. Children can access the baths too but not the Roman and Irish sections. The design of this place is well worth the visit with every section decorated to create a uniquely relaxed ambience. The signs are all in German so it's easy to miss something: change rooms for couples only - no children or how to use the baths. Expect lots of inappropriate behaviour by couples which I am not sure management can address with the exception of 'no sex' signs Giggles :) Tuesday is 'ladies' day which after visiting makes a lot of sense. Love this place!

I went there at night with my two girlfriends and we had a great time. I little bit packed, on my opinion, but the view from the city at the rooftop pool is definitely worth!

Great spa retreat. Lovely day access to spa pools, and steam room. Brilliant view from spa on the open roof top. Excellent cafe with salads, quiche, drinks, and cakes. Lovely quiet roman baths extra. Massages relaxing but not strong deep tissue. Robes and towels available for hire as well. Can easily spend a whole day relaxing or even just a quick hour.

I go here as an escape with my wife a few times a year. Post extra for the Irish Romano baths, it's worth it. There's also a roof top pool where you can chill out and take in the city. Just over note, the changing rooms are mixed if that bothers you, but you can find cubicles easily.

Nice place but full of couples having an inappropriate behavior and no one to supervise it. The steaming room is just warm and not hot enough so it is not really relaxing.
The Irish Roman spa ticket definitely does not worth its value as it is almost the same as the basic spa. Not a recommended place to relax.

One of my favorite spots to relax in Zurich.
Better to go during the week to find it less crowded. Ideal for couples.
The pool on the rooftop is just amazing.
Normal entry fee is pretty cheap for Zurich and doesn't have time limits.
