Very nice hotel. Excellent reception staff. A couple of points would give it a 5 star. 1 better choice at breakfast. 2 English tea bags in room.

Location is great, right next to train station. A very nice patio overlooking the lake. Can accommodate big groups.

Excellent location for traveling just opposite main station but downside is noise if your room is not facing the lake. Room was a good size with large bathroom. No air-conditioning which could be an issue in hot weather. Breakfast excellent, staff helpful. 10 minute walk to town centre though no need to walk if you are a tourist because you get a ticket for free travel throughout the Neuchatel canton.
