This hotel has a very good location in the city, it is just near to the lake, this brings a little bit of noise, but is not that bad. Service is excellent, it doesn't include breakfast. Just near to the hotel are several options for shopping and for getting meals, some restaurants near to here look to be traditionals, it is not common to get WiFi in restaurants, just take in mind that, but still this is an opportunity to enjoy the view.

Nice hotel next to a marina on Neuchâtel lake, some of the rooms have great view grom the window. Clean And calm. Very good reataurant.

The view is gorgeous, location is good but the service, at the restaurant, isn't up to snuff, slow when you don't get forgotten! Too bad that the customer isn't better valued.

Rooms okay but food - oh boy I haven't eaten worse food in a long time, if ever. They try to put their own spin on classics, like filets de perche, but the result is a disaster - defrosted tasteless substance with tomatoes from the can. A colleague of mine had sole - inedible as well. I also ordered starter that was supposed to have avocado - well, it didn't. To add insult to injury, the food was clearly spoiled since I had food poisoning on top. Do you think anybody apologized or did anything? Well, you guessed right - of course not. Beau Rivage and Palafitte are way better choices if staying in Neuchatel.

It was fine. Room a little dark for my taste. Bathroom layout very odd. And a shower that threw water everywhere. Staff I'm the restaurant were very good. Reception not so helpful.

Hotel is situated on the lake with beautiful views of the mountains while being close to the centre of neuchatel, the staff are very friendly and the food has a wide choice and excellent quality, the newly refurbished rooms are very clean and comfortable well worth the stay would recommend highly.

The restaurant is good although the views when eating inside could be improved with some refurbishment of the windows. The sushi and the fois gras was splendid. Deserts were so so

Excellent foie gras and suchis! Service is good. The atmosphere can be nicer (open up the windows so you can see the beautiful lake, modernise the interior). I wouldn't recommend the banana dessert which is heavy and not very fine taste wise.
